COOKING WITH CLORIS--GUILT-FREE SPINACH DIP

Having a New Year’s Eve party or going to one? Cloris’s spinach dip makes a great appetizer, and it’s guilt-free as long as you serve it with veggies. -- AP

GUILT-FREE SPINACH DIP
Makes 2 cups

Ingredients
1 10-oz. package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 cup lowfat sour cream
1/2 plain lowfat yogurt
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried dill

Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with crudités, crackers, pita chips, and/or a thinly sliced baguette.

Hmm…I could make a meal of this! What about the rest of you? Post a comment to be entered in this week's drawing from our Book Club Friday guest author. -- AP
