COOKING WITH CLORIS - CRANBERRY PINEAPPLE RELISH

The best Thanksgiving relish and super easy to make!

CRANBERRY PINEAPPLE RELISH
(serves 8)

Ingredients:
2 cans whole cranberries
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. or 2 small cans mandarin oranges
1 cup chopped walnuts

Drain pineapple and oranges. Mix together cranberries and pineapple. Fold in oranges and walnuts. 

And that’s it! Could it get any easier?
