Cucumber
and Nectarine Crab Salad
Ingredients:
4-1/4 oz. can crabmeat
1 nectarine, chopped
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1 T. mayonnaise
1 teaspoon honey mustard
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Add salt and
pepper to taste if desired. Chill at least one hour before serving.
Serve on crackers as an appetizer or with salad as a
meal.
