Who doesn’t love the taste of fried chicken? But we all know fried chicken isn’t good for us, right? Cloris has a baked chicken recipe that tastes just like fried chicken, and it’s good for you. Check it out! – AP

Oven Fried Chicken Breasts
(serves 4)

Ingredients:
four boneless, skinless chicken breasts, split
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 eggs
1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon paprika
olive oil spray

Spray baking sheet with olive oil. Set aside.

Place flour in a shallow pan. Place eggs in a second shallow pan, whip with fork. Stir together bread crumbs and seasonings in a third pan.

Dredge chicken breasts one at a time in flour, then dip in egg, then dredge in bread crumbs. Place on baking sheet. Repeat for all pieces of chicken breast.

Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
