We all do lots of entertaining over the summer months, and
often that means fat and calorie laden dips with chips. We assuage our guilt by
chopping up veggies to dip along with the chips, knowing it’s really not going
to counter all those dip calories. Today Cloris offers a recipe for guilt-free
spinach dip. And believe me, you won’t miss the a single calorie or gram of
fat. -- AP
