1 sheet frozen puff pastry
1 T. melted butter
2 lg. apples, one Granny Smith and one Macoun
2 T. lt. brown sugar

each cup of muffin tin, pressing into bottom and along sides.

from tin. If desired, serve with vanilla ice cream.
