You’re bloated. Whether it’s from “that time of the
month” or some other reason, you know you’re going to have a devil of a time
getting into those skinny jeans or that slinky dress you want to wear this
weekend—even with a Spanx or two. What to do? Try drinking some chamomile tea.
Chamomile relaxes the muscles around your intestines, and the water from the

belly.
